Free delivery on all orders
*Any order under £99 will incur a £5.99 postage fee.
Local deliveries
All deliveries to the North West region are free and conducted by our very own, highly trained delivery team. Delivery estimates for items will be displayed on the individual products. If purchasing two items with differing delivery times, the complete bundle will be delivered on the later date. Once your order is in our warehouse, you will receive a phone call from our team to organise a delivery day that works for you. On the day of delivery, you will receive notification of a one-hour slot for your delivery.
Non-local deliveries
Deliveries outside the North West are carried out by our third-party courier, who will contact you once they are in possession of the goods to book a delivery day, then a 3-4 hour time slot will be given the day before, and finally, a call/text will be issued to you on the day to confirm.
Free Removal and recycling
Prestige & Committed initiative: free old bed recycling on every order. When you buy a new bed or mattress from us, we will collect your old one and recycle it responsibly at no extra cost. It’s one more way we’re making your purchase easier, greener, and part of a sustainable future.
All items are sent to The Furniture Recycling Group (TFR), a specialist facility that breaks down mattresses and beds so materials like springs, foam and fabric can be reused instead of ending up in landfill.
*We will take away the same number of items you’ve ordered. If you’d like us to remove extra beds or mattresses, just speak to our team. Additional charges may apply.
Assembly service
Our professional bed and mattress assembly service ensures a smooth and stress-free delivery experience. We deliver your bed or mattress to the room of your choice, unpack all items and assemble them by our expert delivery team. While standard bed frames delivered within 40 miles of our stores are assembled on delivery. For locations over 40 miles away, bed frames are supplied for self-assembly. Bunk beds and ottoman bed frames can be assembled locally for an additional £69.
